This is the second posting of this question. I was not able to view news for
two days and my local news provider evidently does not keep news for more than
four days....

I would like to establish ppp account which would allow dial-in users to view
local WEB pages but not have the capability to reach the Internet, sort of the
same idea as a mail only account. This would be a local WEB page account, and
there would only be one account for ALL users of this type. We are using
BSDI 2.1 with the Apache server. Anyone have any ideas ?
