Hi Folks,

Has anyone had any success getting the excite BSDI search engine running
under FreeBSD 2.1R ?

They are giving it away for free on the www.excite.com site.

I downloaded it but I appear to keep getting core dumps. .ie.

bash# sh install-Architext
Starting installation. This may take a few seconds...
Bus error (core dumped)

Any thoughts appreciated.

Robert
