I asked this question a while back, but never got any replies. It's
been a couple of months, so I figured I'd try again.

When lots of users are logged in, and you've used up pty0-ptyf, you get
to a point where the "w" and "who" commands won't show the users on
ptyg and higher. This isn't a major problem, but it *is* annoying.

Is there a patch for this? Or do I have something set up incorrectly?
