You realize that you are setting MX records for the HOST 'mailhub' not
for the domain.

I think what you wanted was:

(after SOA record ie impiled doamin @ ) or specifically put the domain...
either way, I think you wanted:

somedomain.com.		IN	MX	10 mailhub
somedomain.com.		IN	MX	50 www1
somedomain.com.		IN	MX	100 jaxnet
somedomain.com.		IN	MX	150 offsite.host.com.

That will list the 4 mailexchangers for your domain.
