/etc/hosts:
206.9.159.17 parker.artbbs.com artbbs.com www.artbbs.com ftp.artbbs.com

/etc/namedb/artbbs.com.zone:
$ORIGIN artbbs.com.

ftp IN A 206.9.159.17
www IN A 206.9.159.17
artbbs.com. IN A 206.9.159.17

/etc/namedb/artbbs.com.rev:
206.9.159.17. IN PTR parker.artbbs.com.

I've assumed that you're "official" name is parker.artbbs.com.

Instead of this approach, you probably should consider creating a few
aliases for the interface - unless you have to pay for additional IPs.
