I'm posting it from exactly such a machine, and i'm absolutely happy
with it.  (I've upgraded from a 3-year old rock-solid but slow 486/33
EISA mainboard.  I've never seen any hardware failure i could blame to
the boards during the last years, neither with the EISA nor now with
the Tr*ton-II.)

Several versions of the P55TP4N are known to use the rather broken
UMC 8669F, btw.

I've read a couple of postings here that the Tyan board caused
troubles for FreeBSD.  Mine is an ASUS P55T2P4.
