Uh, you're clearly flailing here.. :-)

Wrong IP addresses, wrong names, wrong pointer to NIS, wrong named
setup, I could go into details but I don't think there'd be much point.
What you really need at this stage is a good book on UNIX system
administration, one on simple networking (so you find out things like
why "xyz.com" is not a valid name) and one on DNS and BIND so you can
see how to set up a private network with named (something I'm assuming
since the 10.x.x.x addresses are private, not actual Internet
addresses).
