Please can you help ?

I have dealings with three academics using power mac's
All three have picked up prank macros, I've tried using Scan831.doc and
wvfix.exe but they only disinfect docs in the registry containing the
ten most recently used files, they are not installing the protective
macros either. If you can help please e-mail me!
