	uhhm....is there a fully self contained ftp deamon out there
for either linux or freebsd???...what i mean by this is, i want to
give ftp acs to certain indiviuals, but i dont want to adduser to the
shell...just the ftp deamon....in other words, not have the specific
user acctually on the system, just in the ftpd, so that he can't get
email or telnet in or any other activity that a normally user of the
shell is going to have....
