Thanks for the replies. I wasn't refering to the button layout,
I meant the contour of the right handed mice seem to be "bent"
to better fit a right handed person.

I called Logitech this morning, and I'm told that they now
only manufacture ergonomically designed mice for right handed
people.

I don't really need a mouse that is ergonomically designed mice
for left handed people. An old "hand neutral" is fine. 

Will any three button mouse work given with a proper 
XF86Config?
