After some manipulation with chmod -R ... I cannot send messages by mail and sendmail, unless I have root privileges. And anyone cannot. When I send message, I get following: bob:[14:49] /var/mail/ echo subj | mail -s Test bob bob:[14:49] /var/mail/ : Permission denied There are permissions of my directories and files: drwxrwxrwt 3 bin bin 512 May 24 14:19 /tmp/ drwxr-xr-x 2 bin bin 2048 May 24 14:46 /var/mail/ -rw------- 1 bob bob 0 May 24 14:47 /var/mail/bob How can I solve my problem?
