1) Insert formatted floppy
2) dd the file to the raw floppy device
3) Boot the floppy
NB: Don't reply *and* email. I generally answer email first,
and unless you note it's a copy, I'll end up answering twice,
once for the email, and once for the news posting. The news
posting answer is mandatory if I answer at all, since we
don't want it to look like there isn't an answer. 8-(.
