1)	Insert formatted floppy
2)	dd the file to the raw floppy device
3)	Boot the floppy

NB: Don't reply *and* email.  I generally answer email first,
and unless you note it's a copy, I'll end up answering twice,

don't want it to look like there isn't an answer.  8-(.
