Each computer in a net HAVE to have its > own IP address! > > Please check that.. > > One more point on that -- the two cards in the gateway machine *can* have the same IP address, and if you use a modem to dial up to an ISP it can also have the same IP address. However, the second machine *must* have a different IP address, since it is a different node on the net. If you are connecting to the Internet, you *must* have real, assigned IP addresses -- contact your ISP on that. I hope it helps, Ken
