Hello everybody,

Yesterday I installed FreeBSD 2.1.0 on a Pentium machine.

Everyting went well until I was so stupid to use chpass to change my
root password. I typed it unencrypted !!
Consequently I cannot login as root anymore.

How can I become root again so I can change the password file again.

Please send answers directly to slegter@fys.ruu.nl

PS I already made two other accounts which work but have limited access.

Greetz,

Tom
