I've only tried the SCSI version,

I am using ADAPTECH 2940UW with a converter from SCSI3=>SCSI2=>MAC SCSI.

I know that it is a long way to go about it, but I have many SCSI
devices with many different connectors.

It took me a bit get guess the geometry. When I got that out of the way,
I mounted the drive as if it was a hard drive. The drive is running very
well. With 32M of RAM and plenty of room for cache, it's very speedy.
