I received the message asking for such mail;  unfortunately the
deadline for it was noon  on Wednesday (yesterday, as I type.)  If
this has changed/been extended, someone please inform me.

They were mainly looking for ""important people" - Organization or
Company management (the higher the better), university faculty (or
presidents/chancellors/etc)".  Though anyone was acceptable...

The message also contained the following PS:

I hope it generated enough response, anyway.  Perhaps those
responsible could let us know?
