Does it always crash ? Netscape 2.0 is unstable under Win95(crashes frequently
when printing), java also causes problems. Its also unstable under Solaris
2.4/2.5, crashes randomly(just the browser, not the OS).

Now I have a question. I just installed FreeBSD 2.1(Walnut Creek CDROM), on a
133 Pentium, 32 MB RAM, Diamond Stealth 2001(2 MB DRAM), with an Adaptec 2940UW
SCSI card. The install went fine, however when I atempt to run Xfree86 my
system locks up with the disk activity light constant, and forces me to
hard-boot.

Did you have to do anything special to get your setup to work ?
The video card works(almost) with Solaris 2.5(x86), but the display is so poor,
its not usable.

TIA
