It sounds great having a Vmark-competitor around for a Pick/uniVerse
compatible system (and just about for every major
hardware/software-system). I like the idea of being part of a testing
group for jBase, but don't quite understand why you should change your
existing sco+uniVerse-configuration to FreeBSD+jBase.

I too run both systems (sco+uv at work and FreeBSD for perly things at
home), and even though a Pick-port to FreeBSD sounds just perfect, I
don't understand why you would want to pay the $440 per connection or
user for it... Why not stay with your existing sco+uv config if that
seems to run ok (it does for me)?
