I spoke with Rob Kolstad, President of BSDI, about this issue this
morning.  And even he seemed to find it difficult to explain this
licence.  Finally he said to simply use the who command.  And I said,
'you mean that the who command will list all "users", that that will
tell me how many "users" there are?'   And he replied, "close enough"
