You'd do better to use either Apache 1.0.5 (as  Web server) and Harvest (as
proxy) or  if you feel bold enough  to use beta  software, use Apache 1.1b2
(as both proxy and server). They're faster, smaller and more supported.

I have diffs to build the TIS fwtk 1.3 on a FreeBSD 2.2-CURRENT (but should
work on 2.1.0-RELEASE too). If you want them just ask.
