Perhaps you should look at the analysis a little more carefully.  Although
it is clear that Macs do account for the majority of service requests at
your site, they also account for the majority of the machines. 

You had about .86 service requests per Mac. 

You had about 1.2 service requests per PC. In other words, Macs at your
site are about 48% more reliable than PC's. Also, consider that your
IIci's are considerably older than the PC's, so you should expect a few
more trouble calls with them. 

Your numbers clearly confirm the rest of the published data. Macs are
considerably more reliable.
