UserConfig.  Boot with `-c', and adjust the values.  Note that you
can't use the visual mode since it tries to protect the innocent user
and doesn't let him enter arbitrarily high values for the port
address.

Some other posting did already answer this, however, you won't have
much luck finding any hard-coded address there, of course.  They are
gathered from the kernel config file.  Read the handbook section about
rebuilding a kernel to learn about config files.
