This is unrelated to BSD/OS. : Also, Livingston has technical support, even though it may take them : a week to get back with you. Now theres a group, local.portmaster, I am sure that gets a lot of traffic.. ;-) Actually livingston has a formal mailling list where you can get all the help you need. The list is portmaster-users@livingston.com, and to subscribe to the list send a an email request to the adddress of portmaster-users-request@livingston.com with the words subscribe in the message.
