P75?  Ah.  There's your problem.  Early rev DC21140s had problems 
with 25Mhz buses.  If you look at your board, you should see the
DC21140 has a 21-40673-01 marking.  You need a DC21140 with a
21-40673-02 (or higher) marking.  Contact your reseller for a
replacement 10/100 board with a DC21140 with the right revision.
