Can't you configure each bootp server with a list of the MAC addresses
that it will reply to ?  If the physical NICs are variable, you could
get one or both of the bootp servers to act as routers, and get them
to effectively mask out the bootp requests.  What UNIX are you using ?
Does it have routing capabilities ?
