Luiz,

A site I previously worked at had modified ftpd for exactly this
purpose. In essense, a session went like this:

	% ftp hostname
	Name: username.anonymous
	Password: e-mail@address.here

At that point, ftpd placed the anonymous ftp user in the chroot'd
directory ~username/anonymous. The users liked this very much.
