Quite right, but MANY say "research"!  This gets VERY hard at times.  Especially
with name brand components and/or so called "gurus"!  My boss wanted a tape
drive that could store over 1GB at a time when any drive over 750MB cost a 
FORTUNE  users, gurus, company rep, etc... all indicated that this HP DAT drive
was GOOD.  Even messages HERE indicated that.  After six drives(one NEAR DOA), 
I am convinced that they AREN'T good.  The tapes lasted through only two copies,
etc...  ALSO, HP wouldn't honor the 5 year warranty because it was an OEM drive.
The OTHER company claimed it never had a five year warranty.  I don't know what
I did with the ad, so.....

HP is the only company I have continued even in PART to do business with.
I ALWAYS let people know of these things.  Some companies have lost 10s of 
thousands just from me on this!
