Hello, net-people!

Having just got 386BSD up and running, i have two problems with handling serial
ports>

1)	I want to use one of mz serial ports as a dial-in modem port.
The port is set to std.9600, the modem auto/answers, but nontheless,
the system doesn't recognize the incoming call (the modem does)
I noticed, that DTR remained dropped... How can I raise DTR and have a
login prompt on my modem port?

2) I tried to set uucp up, but uucico does not place the outbound call,
after uucico -S szstemname was issued. There is no activity (I
	checked with ps) of uucico.

Is the uucp coming with rthe etc.01 dist working at all?
If so, could anyone please post his config files and / or experience?
I'm ready to sum up all info I receive and post it/distribute it per
	mailing list.

Thanks in advance!
