ftp.freebsd.org and its mirror sites.  See the web page on
http://www.freebsd.org for more info. Basically, you only have
to download one file, dd it to a floppy, and boot from it. All 
the other files will be ftp'ed automagically.

BTW, do NOT ftp the "secure" distribution from a server inside the
US there if you're not in the US!
