Incorrect analogy.  Correct one:

"The Concorde isn't the fastest commercial passenger aircraft
 on the planet because they don't allow people over 6 foot tall,
 which precludes me."

Of course, Concorde DOES allow me, because they designed their
aircraft to accomodate as many users as possible, even though
some of use cost them more to support than others.
