I have always used the Exabyte 4200 - this is an internal 4mm DAT
drive.  I am not sure that it can handle 120 tapes or not; I haven't
tried.

However, I have to warn you that the Exabyte people I talked to a 
few months ago said that 4mm was going away, because they found it
to be less reliable than 8mm.
