There is no such thing as luck.  If you had bothered to obtain
technical documentation rather than the word of a salesman prior
to your purchase, you would never have been in the bad situation.

The universe acts only in accordance with physical laws.  It
is your ignorance of the laws which causes you to deem them
to be immoral.  This is a mistake by you, not a mistake by
the universe.
