I think you pretty much have this down.  You dont HAVE to have 2 routers
to do this, assuming you have an extra WAN port on your router to connect
your new feed from your DSU.  To do this with one router, just add the 
new IPS to your WAN and ethernet interfaces.  You will need to alias
the new network address to your name server.

Check out your router manual, and your BSDI BSD/OS manual (assuming you 
are using BSD since you are posting in this group.) Or maybe as your 
system admin Karl to help you with this(unless you are leaving his service).
