Why are you worried?  All you need to know is there: ``Not ready to
ready transition.''  Your drive was not ready before (e.g. due to a
SCSI bus reset), but it is now.  Since the medium may have changed,
you are being warned.  (Though i assume that the possible medium
changed won't really alarm you at boot time -- who cares?)
