I just made the switch to FreeBSD from Linux. Looks pretty good so far. I
want to install Xmosaic but can only find a Linux version. I heard from
someone that FreeBSD can run Linux binaries. I could not find any
information about how to do this in the handbook or the FAQ. Could someone
please enlighten me?

Also, I am having trouble with the user level ppp. When I use
"ppp -direct </dev/cuaa1 >/dev/cuaa1" ppp tries to write to the terminal
instead of the serial device. What is going on here? I want to use the
direct feature because the ppp does not redial very well when the line is
busy.

Just a few other random points. IMHO, the networking in FreeBSD kicks the
crap out of Linux. It also seems to swap a lot less on my limited memory
system. I assume this is because of a superior VM implementation and
possible better shared libraries. Keep up the good work guys.
