Because bsd/os 2.1 doesn't seem to come with an implementation of YP, I have
been left with the task trying to update the local password file with
our yp maps' source. I have written a perl script to format the file
properly, but when I execute pwd_mkdb, it fails at about the 17779th
record (there's roughly a total of 18000 records). It complains about
"line too long". The line in question is not too long; there are other
lines previous to this that are much longer. Can someone help me out
here?
