Actually, it isn't.  It is in the BOOTMFS and LINT kernels but
not in GENERIC

You are better off not specifying the size.  That way it can grow
as needed.  So long as you do not need a lot of /tmp space and
a lot of swap space at the same time there shouldn't be a problem.
