Yes, it's time once again for the Daylight Savings Time questions.
My employer is running an old VAX under BSD4.2 UNIX, and the machine
did not switch over to CDT from CST Sunday night like it ought...

I thought I remembered hearing something about the start/stop dates
for Daylight Savings having changed sometime over the past 15 years.
Is this why the machine didn't change? If so, what were the old on/off
dates for DST? Is there a way to easily fix this... the sources are no
longer online, but if it were easy enough, I might venture to try a fix.

I tried looking at the libc sources from FreeBSD to get a handle on the
situation, but it is unbelievably dense code for such a simple thing as
retrieving the date/time. Besides, I'm sure all this stuff has changed
between 4.2 and 4.4 Lite.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
- Mike
