Ehm .. you're 110% right, but depending on the person's abilities,
he or she could still be left with enough questions.

Maybe indicate that he or she should edit the file /etc/group
and add the 'su'-able user to the 'wheel' group line. At the end 
and if more users should be put there, it's a comma-sepparated list.
