: I have a Linux box running as our web server that NEVER crashes. It's
: been up an running for 2 months with zero problems.

I've had the same experience with Linux. We've got one here
running 1.1.75 (mainly because it hasn't been taken down to upgrade) and
it was just rebooted it March 8 '96 . Its last boot was on June 14,
1995, and I don't recall it ever crashing ...

It's an NFS, http, lpd, imap and for a long time was a PPP
server. It was basically set up to be a beast of burden, and it's taken
it quite well.

If you set things up right Linux won't fail you...
