Have installed mh-6.8.3 on FreeBSD 2.1.0R but it puts an
X-Authentication-Warning line in mail saying,
"calypso.bns.com.au: Host localhost.bns.com.au didn't use HELO protocol".
I reinstalled sendmail (8.7.5) but that did nothing.

Pine and /usr/bin/Mail don't do this.  Ideas, anyone?  The MH
config file follows.
