I recommend strongly that you use only 32Mbyte for your DOS partition because
mtools cannot work with more than that.

You have to remove install first using ndd or fdisk on dos 5 with a special
option that I forgot, /mdr(?)

type disklabel, and a menu will come out.
It will be better if your existing partition structure be told so that some
analysis can be done.
