	It is very likely as I recall 1.1.5.1 either had NO encryption or
DES but 2.1R has MD5 by default, best bet is to load up DES on your 2.1
system and see if it works (I certainly had to do this when I upgraded
a machine from 1.1.5.1 to 2.1).

BTW: Watch where you get your DES from to avoid nasty USA legal hassle.
