While I applaud the open discussion of Policies for Politely Political Support of
Operating System Enthusiasts, something is beginning to bother me, to wit: If
the addition of a second disk drive has been a support, er, ah, problem for over
a year, then there must have been some sizable body of literature generated
within the newsgroup itself, nie? Since there IS an entry for "Adding Disk
Drives" in the Handbook, might it be possible in the interim to, well, put in a
pointer to some glob of newsgroup messages, however unstructured such information
might be?

Heck, if someone will tell me where the raw information can be found, I'll write
up a set of procedures and hand it over to the person in charge.
