Dear All,
This is a further post on the subject of spice and freebsd. Has
anybody come across the following maths functions:

	normslogb
	normscalb

These appear to be normailsed versions of logb and scalb but I can't
find a definition for them anywhere. They are used in part of
spice3f4 and don't appear at first glance to be part of the package
and so must come from a library somewhere.

Any ideas?.
