I have a Lexmark Winwriter 150c..

I compiled the kernel to recognize my lpt port, which it does upon
startup. I try a lptest > /dev/lpt0 and after about 5-10 seconds the
prompt comes back, but nothing gets sent to the printer. I do not
have a dot matrix line printer to test it with, but I have a feeling
it would work. I have created a printcap file with a standard text
filter.. but i'm sure that the lptest should work regardless of having
a printcap..

any ideas??

thanks!

Jim
