I just started over from scratch. i installed bin01 src01 etc01
on my entire IDE drive, and applied all the patches in the latest
patchkit except for patch00047 (some wd ethernet one) i also
just grabbed the XFree86 core-* files and extracted them, and
ran the x386install as indicated. i think i know have to fix
the Xconfig, as i have a Sony 1304 (listed) and a trident card...

*My problem is applying the 386bsd.patches to my kernel sources.
does anyone have sources that were patches withthe patchkit and
that will work with XFree86? should i patch the src's with the
XFree86 patches first and then the patchkit? any help appreciated.
