Btw., what exactly are your problems?  I'd like to hear of them.  (I'm
sorta maintaining the ash in FreeBSD.)

But, please *don't* tell me that the broken Spice configure script
does attempt to `trap' signal 9, and ash doesn't like it.  ash's idea
is perfectly valid (with Posix), even though most shells seem to
ignore this pilot error (and are perfectly valid with Posix, too).  I
think there are a couple more of this kind of problems.
