I've been playing with XFree86 for the past little while, but I'm still
butting my head against the same problem. When X starts things look
great. If I launch an Xterm, or anything that uses an Xterm, the server
errors ...

Error 25, errno 23: Inappropriate ioctl for device

I looked through the FreeBSD mailing lists, and found a reference to this
exact thing, with the same video card (Diamond Stealth 64 DRAM). The
person never seemed to receive an answer, or fix for his problem. I don't
think that this is due to the card though, but merely a coincedance, as
I've replaced the card with other radically different video cards. No
matter what, I always end up with the same error.

I've replaced the binaries of everything and it's brother, and am out of
ideas.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. CCing replies to email would also
be great. Thanks.
