No.  There's a 3c590 driver around (that might also support the 595),
but it doesn't use DMA, so it's effectively useless for 100 Mbit/s.

In addition, Rod Grimes did tell me that these 3Com cards are known
for troubles also with other systems.

If you need a 10/100 Ethernet card, get a DEC-21040 based one.  At
least SMC does make one, there are most likely more manufacturers.
